Open the dashboard and select Record
Select Record at the top of the app. Zello opens the visit workflow without taking you away from the dashboard.
Choose the patient, template, and visit type
Select the patient, the clinical template closest to your specialty, and whether the visit is in person or by telemedicine.
Confirm consent and start recording
Clearly tell the patient that the conversation will be used to prepare the clinical document. Then select Start recording.
Speak naturally during the visit
You do not need to dictate in chart format. Zello captures the conversation, transcribes it in real time, and organizes the information afterward.
Finish and review the document
When the visit ends, select Finish and generate document. Review the text, adjust the plan, and approve it only when it is correct.
